How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free within the UK. International delivery prices are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
The vast majority of items are shipped within 24 hours, on a tracked 24-hour service (for UK Orders). However, more accurate delivery times are listed on product pages.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Many items can be shipped to most countries. Select your country at the checkout stage to see if we deliver there. If not, forwarding companies like AddressPal, Forward2Me, and Reship can help (at your own risk). If a return is needed, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey)?
Yes, we offer free delivery to Jersey & Guernsey. British VAT is removed automatically.

Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, our parcels do not have any shop name or branding—perfect for surprise gifts.
